With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she manages and handles the daily business operations and provides leadership, management, and vision to ensure our clients that we have effective people, operational controls, and reporting procedures in place. She provides direction and support for billing operations on a day-to-day basis. 

Amy is an integral part of the eHealthcare team. She has extensive billing knowledge in several specialties and specializes in Physical Therapy and Behavioral Health. With 10+ years of service with eHealthcare. She directly assists our COO with managing our daily billing operation.

Austin works with clients directly to improve and facilitate an efficient and healthy bottom line. He is able to help our clients achieve operational excellence through staff management, data management, day-to-day management, and financial analysis with a focus on cost suppression.

Katie has worked with multiple specialties and focuses on improving and managing their AR. With 20+ years of experience, she heads our Accounts Receivable and Collections Department ensuring our clients have their claims paid regardless of the initial response from the payer.
